Terms of Service

Overview

This website, halietza.com, is operated by Halietza ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our products

Our moles are food products made in Oaxaca, México. Please read each product's label for ingredients and allergen information before eating. Photos show our products as accurately as we can, but colors and packaging can vary slightly. Nothing on this site is medical or nutritional advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.

Orders

We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Discount codes

Discount codes have the conditions shown with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Reviews and feedback

If you send us a review, photo or feedback, you allow us to share it on our site and social media. We never edit what reviewers say.
