Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across the United States. We also ship to select countries at the carrier rates shown at checkout.

When your order ships

We pack every order by hand and ship most orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting U.S. holidays). When your order ships we email you a tracking number.

U.S. shipping rates

• Standard (small order): $5 for orders up to 0.5 lb, such as one 8 oz pouch or two 4 oz pouches.
• Standard: $8.
• Free Standard shipping on orders of $35 or more.
• Express: $15.

Standard orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship, and Express orders within 1 to 3 business days. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

International orders

International shipping is calculated by the carrier at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer. Some countries restrict food imports, so please check your country's rules before ordering. If a package is refused or held by customs, we can't refund the shipping cost.

Address problems

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hola@halietza.com and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, see our Refund Policy and write to us. We'll make it right.
