With the natural organic ingredients from Mexico and natural dehydration process we guarantee a very authentic tasting Mexican mole!

How to Prepare Halietza's Dry Molé Sauce

Mix ½-1 cup of chicken broth with 3 ½ tablespoons of our mole and stir until it you achieve a thick but runny consistency

Note: this is for a single serving 

1LB = 4 cups 6-7 serving

1/2LB = 2 cups 3-4 serving

1/4 LB = 1 cup = 1 serving

What Is Dehydrated Mole?

To dehydrate a food or sauce is a process that dramatically reduces the moisture content of your food, allowing it to last longer and still taste delicious! We Use the natural process of the sun to dehydrate our sauce in an enclosed space with direct sunlight.
